Ingredients:
4 pounds chicken breast and thigh quarters with bones & skin
1 tablespoon H-E-B Texas Spice Co.® Chicken Fajita Seasoning
1/2 cup H-E-B Olive Oil
1 cup H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Chopped Onion
4 H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Peeled Garlic Cloves, chopped
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Hill Country Fare Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
1 Season the chicken with the fajita seasoning mix and place in a large zipper bag. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.

2 To prepare the BBQ basting sauce, combine the olive oil, chopped onion, chopped garlic, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce in a microwave safe bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and heat on High power for 3 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave oven and reserve 1/2 cup of the sauce for serving with the cooked chicken. Keep the remaining basting sauce warm.

3 Prepare charcoal or gas grill on one side (300°F) for indirect grilling. Place a sheet of heavy duty foil on the cool side of the grill to collect the fat drippings and to prevent burning. Place the seasoned chicken quarters, rib side down, on the cool side of the grill rack and cook for 1 1/2 hours, basting with the prepared sauce every 15 minutes. Make sure you add 4 to 6 charcoal briquettes every 30 minutes to the charcoal grill. Turn chicken quarters over and grill for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (170°F) or juices run clear. Discard the basting sauce. Serve the cooked chicken with the reserved sauce.
